The landlord and landlady, Tony and Sue Gray offer a warm and friendly welcome to all visitors at the Outgate. They take pride in
their fine reputation for serving excellent
real ales, superb freshly cooked meals and comfortable guest bedrooms in relaxed and pleasant surroundings.

The Outgate Inn dates back to the 18th
century and was originally part of a smallholding, in 1903 it became licensed as
the Outgate Mineral Water Manufacturer. Today it is part of the Robinson’s and
Hartley’s Brewery and serves their finest
ales.

Many of the original features of the building have been retained keeping the old world feel.

Don’t miss Outgate Jazz on Friday Evening’s.

The Outgate Inn is a non-smoking building throughout.
